The Literacy Council and the Clermont County Court of Domestic Relations are partnering to provide volunteer tutors to read legal documents to individuals who need to resolve a domestic relations matter.
This is a free service.
A volunteer tutor can:
- meet with an individual in a public place such as a library.
- access the Court’s website which will enable the individual to make an informed choice as to what documents need to be filed.
- fill in legal documents with the information that the individual provides.
- meet with the individual more than once if further assistance is required.
A volunteer tutor cannot provide any legal advice. For legal advice, an individual must consult an attorney.
